I am a great believer in the power of movement through exercise especially if the exercise is fun. As humans we are meant to move our bodies are like machines and need to be ‘run’ ‘tuned’ and ‘maintained’. If you have loved ones you need to be in the best health and fitness you can be to make sure you are there for them if they need you. Be kind to yourself and live a better fuller life by being fitter
I have taught many different exercise techniques over the last 20 years from fun dance routines I create to pilates, free weights, resistance, yoga, fitball etc etc. and am a keen rockcliimber and sea kayaker. My exercise regimes help me enjoy my life. The classes I put together which are aimed at women over 50 and will keep you young and active. Saying this men and younger people are very welcome too as my classes can be as hard or as easy as you like.
